God put us before His interests many times. He could have chosen to protect his feelings by cutting us off, but he didn't. He could have programmed us to follow his every beck and call but He didn't do that either. He stuck to His promise of giving us the ability to choose - even if we chose against Him

When someone offends you forgive, forgiveness is something we do for the betterment of ourselves not the one that offends us. When you feel someone has stepped on your toe, call the person and make the person understand what he/she has done, you are not pleased with the way he/she talked or reacted to you. If you offend someone, try also to apologize to the person at the moment, don't allow it to linger, learn to say I'm sorry. Saying sorry does not mean you're wrong, but it shows maturity.
