In a relationship trust is a vital issue, when you start distrusting your husband/wife the marriage will surely suffer, with time when you start making children in the marriage it will definitely affect their children.

1. If you want your spouse to trust you be trustworthy: Be where you said you would be, not that you will say you are going to the East but you are not, later you are fund at the North. Let your yes be yes and your no be no.
2. Do what you said you would do: In a relationships keeping secret from each other is one the things that bring disaster in marriage. Tell nothing but the truth always.
3. Be completely honest and open with your spouse: Never give your spouse any reason to doubt you, don't lie to him/her to make him/her happy, later if he/she finds out it hurts more. When you often lie to your partner is will affect the trust of you have for him/her.
4. Be a man or woman of his/her word: I said earlier let your yes be yes and your no be no, it helps a lot in marriage and relationship, Trust is earned not demanded. When someone betray the trust he/she has for you, it's very difficult to rebuild or regain it back again. even if you the person start trusting you again it will not be strong like before, also it will take time to rebuild.
5. Apologise: If you know that you did something wrong that hurt your partner, humble yourself and apologise. If your spouse genuinely apologised, forgive him or her. No marriage or relationship can survive without constant forgiveness and apology.
6. Listen to your spouse and partner: Sometimes your spouse doesn't need answers or advice; they just need you to sit down next to them, hold their hand, look at them in the eyes, and listen, admire her beauty, his handsomeness. When you give ear to your partner it helps a lot in building trust in marriage and relationship.
7. Know the friends you keep: The people you spend time with have great influence on you. Be vigilant! choose your friends, don't allow your friends to choose you, know who you discuss your relationship and marriage problems with, no marriage or relationship is problem free. Not everyone around you is trying to build or bless your marriage or relationship.
8. Understand one another: It takes two people to make a quarrel but only one person to stop it. Be the peacemaker in your marriage and relationship, you two can't be mad at each other at the same time.
9. Team spirit: Marriage and relationship flourishes when the couples and partners understands together we stand but divided we fall, work together as one as a team; when both husband and wife decides that winning together is more important than keeping score, their trust is unbreakable.
10. Keep dating in your marriage: Never stop dating your partner even when you're married. As him or her to go on a date with you from time to time, spend time together, it will build the trust and also make the love you have for him/her to become more stronger. It keeps the fire love, caring and sense of belonging burning in your marriage and relationship.
