Learning is constant as change is a constant thing, when you stop learning you start dying, you are not limited to learn from your teacher, lecturer, supervisor, your master, boss. You can learn from everyone, you can learn everywhere, also learn those things that is good, those healthy lifestyles you see in someone's life. Don't follow anyone, some people don't live their words, they will say different thing and act in different manner. If the advice worth it, take it and add to your own.
