Leadership starts from your home, as one of the members of your family you're a leader, you have people looking up to you, those people learn from you, but in your absence, you're leading them by your actions, commitments to house chores, showing respect to the younger ones coming behind.

Everywhere you find yourself, you're a leader directly or  indirectly your have followers who are looking up to you, monitoring each and every of your movements. People are learning from you, know how you present yourself to people around you. They are influenced in a positive way if you're passing a positive vibe, reverse is the case.
